John Flannery has 45 years experience working in NSW local government, with 35 years in the position of Town Clerk, Shire Clerk and General Manager. In 2000 John commenced working in the private sector, founding a planning and development consultancy firm primarily servicing the Hunter Valley. John has extensive experience in local government management, property development, project management, community liaison and mediation. John is a Life Member of Local Government Managers Australia.
